Validation Engineer

Job duties include:
- Design, Develop and Implement validation of different manufacturing, packaging, quality, facilities, utilities, automated systems and laboratory equipment from installation to retirement by following GxP practices, 21 CFR part 11, 210, 211, 820, company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical and operational support (procedural) for the use of equipment, develop and execute IQ/OQ protocols and perform specific process-related qualification documents to validate the equipment to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and process specifications per manufacturing products.
- Prepare equipment qualification, process validation, cleaning validation protocols and plan for the execution.
- Execute commissioning, Installation, Operation and Performance Qualification protocols, generate and execute Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Laboratory equipment in compliance with FDA guidelines.
- Review and analyze reports against protocol requirements and address deviations.
- Develop, author and execute all validation protocols and develop summary reports by assessing protocol execution results.
